Job Requirements:
Current Georgia License at EMT-I or Paramedic Level - Valid Drivers License - Current CPR Card - 21 Years of Age or Older - Paramedic Must Have Current ACLS Card
Job Description:
Provide advance life support patient care and ambulance transportation in conjunction with a partner. Demonstrating excellent driving judgment and due regard for public safety during operation and positioning of unit. Responding to all calls in the most appropriate, safe, and efficient manner maintaining a thorough working knowledge of local geography, including mapping, street, and grid book systems to quickly assess the scene and request other help if needed. Provide ALS patient care in accordance with established ACLS and BTLS procedures, while observing prescribed local protocols and clinical practices. Diagnoses and treats patients with appropriate techniques, resources, and equipment while completing appropriate medical records, billing documents, and transportation reports.
