Whitfield EMS Vision Statement
Revised June
26, 2003
It
is our desire to position ourselves to be recognized by our peers, the
community, Hamilton Medical Center, and Whitfield County Commissioners as a
premier service.
We
want the care we deliver to be conducive with sound medical practice. We want to
work with area public safety to have a seamless transition of care from
time of incident through delivery of patient to the hospital.
Our
level of care should be of the highest standard, measurable and accredited.
We want to promote our success in an honest manner, taking credit only
for the accomplishments we have demonstrated. We want to strive for continued
improvement and seek better ways to provide better service to our customers.
We desire to have the best employees. We want to recruit and train local personnel, but will continue to seek employees from a local as well as national/international pool to meet manpower needs. We want to balance workload demand, with volume to provide the best of service while retaining only the best-motivated and experienced personnel.
